Santosh is a pet lover and a seasoned entrepreneur who started his entrepreneurial journey right from his graduation days and ventured in the mainstream startup ecosystem in 2010. He has long been hurt by the poor state of pet logistics in India and wanted to bring about change, thus PetCab was born. He founded PetCab with a mission to provide a happy & safe ride experience with no worries, no hassles and no compromises. The company created a bench mark by introducing taxi service for pets as a modern day service.

Prior to PetCab, he worked in various capacities honing his sales, marketing & customer acquisition skills. In 2010, he founded Mind Matters, a company that focused on domestic & international corporates and provided institutional training services.

Santosh has a loving family with an entrepreneur wife, 2 baby girls and ofcourse pets. In his free time he loves to travel with his family (pets included).

Ashwini is a pet lover, she has an MBA in Human Resouce Management and has 10 years of experience in international recruitment covering a whole range of industries including Construction, Roads, Infrastructure, MEP, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, F&B Production, Logistics and Housekeeping.

Her experience in HR recruitment and management for international clients is extensive and she has also served as Vice President at Bangalore International Placement Services.

Naveen, a specialist in pet care with a vast knowledge about dog breeds, is our Chief Operating Officer. He hails from a pet care family, his unconditional dedication to the cause of pets is matched only by his superior knowledge about his furry friends.

His strengths include fleet management, personnel administration, business development, customer acquisition, account management, client relations, feedback analysis & customer service.

He is an ardent pet lover and has two dogs that are part of his family - Apollo (a Boxer) and Marshal (a Great Dane).

Maheen is a vastly experienced management professional in the Supply Chain Management Industry and a leader with successful teams.

He is the Founder Director of Springforth Capital Advisors, a full service mid-market investment bank pioneered by an eminent group of finance professionals and industry experts. Previously he was Country Head - Surface Express & Retail Business in Gati Limited, one of the largest Express Distribution & SCM company in India. He started his career with TCI (Transport Corporation of India) that spanned over 30 years across various domains of SCM.

He also mentors a few promising early stage logistics & supply chain startups at the board level and is a serial investor.

Ejaz is the team's digital marketing & product innovation guy. He likes to read, and his interests cover everything from government policy to the latest in the pets space. He is a student of Digital Marketing and he works everyday to help connect companies with people.

In today's world, information is power, having completed Business Analytics from Wharton School of Business he is able to undertake extensive research & analysis to find information that help to make informed decisions. He is always on the lookout for the next big thing, trying to come up with innovative ideas to take his projects forward.
